Trademarks: GLC’s trademark practice focuses upon developing savvy and practicality necessary trademark descriptions to assist brand owners protect future services that they may offer under their brands. The foudational pillars of our trademark practice revolve around creating cost-effective strategies for filing, enforcing, defending and licensing trademarks.

Copyrights: GLC’s copyright practice focuses upon providing comprehensive legal advise on all types of copyright issues, including ownership rights, copyright renewal and termination rights, assignment, acquisitions, sales, licensing and enforcement strategies, fair use, safe harbor protection, infringement, damages, portfolio management and the interplay of available IP protections, such trademarks, designs and patents. GLC has developed its experience in counseling media houses that rely on copyrightable works as their stock-in-trade and representing buyers and sellers in complex licensing and acquisition matters. We assist clients with registering copyright, expediting applications.
